Once a purchase is completed, all products are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to: all Japanese and English/Western Trading Card Game (TCG) products (such as Pokémon, ONE PIECE, Disney Lorcana, Dragon Ball, etc.), sealed boxes, blind boxes, single cards, TCG accessories, PSA/CGC graded cards, and PSA/CGC grading submission services.
