Local Delivery Service (Hong Kong)

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free local standard delivery on single orders of HK$2,000 or more (takes approx. 3–5 working days).

  • Standard Delivery: Orders under HK$2,000 are charged a standard shipping fee of HK$26 (takes approx. 3–5 working days).

  • Express Delivery: Express delivery is available for HK$78 if you require faster shipping (takes approx. 1–2 working days).

  • Remote Areas & Outlying Islands Restrictions: We currently do not offer delivery to outlying islands and specified remote areas (such as Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, and regions requiring additional surcharges). If your address falls within these areas, we recommend selecting In-Store Pickup or contacting us prior to placing your order.

International Order Service

  • Overseas Buyers: We do not currently have fixed international shipping rates. Please contact us before placing your order to inquire about details and arrangements.

In-Store Pickup Service

  • Free Pickup: Customers can choose to pick up their orders in person at our store for free.

  • Opening Hours: Daily 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Pickup Notice: Please present your order confirmation email or order number when picking up your items.
